Website Disclaimer

NProject

Version 1.2 | Update: 15 October 2026

1. General information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate, understandable and current. Website articles, guides and general descriptions are provided for general information and education. They may not address your particular circumstances and should not be treated as a guarantee of results.

Where we expressly agree to provide consultancy or training, the relevant contract, course description and mandatory legal rights govern that service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility for information or promises that we are legally required to honour.

2. Professional advice

Website content is not a substitute for tailored legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment or other regulated professional advice. Consider consulting an appropriately qualified adviser where your circumstances require it.

NProject may provide professional project, programme, business-analysis, process-improvement and related consultancy advice as part of an agreed engagement; the scope and responsibilities for that engagement are defined by its contract.

3. Training courses and delivery

NProject offers or may arrange live virtual instructor-led professional training, including eligible PMP, CAPM and Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP) courses. In-person corporate delivery may be available by arrangement, depending on location, cohort size, instructor and venue availability and relevant training-partner permissions. Other professional-development subjects and tailored corporate programmes may be offered as described on the relevant course or services page.

Self-paced or on-demand courses may be introduced in the future. No such course, feature, date or access entitlement is promised unless it is expressly offered for purchase or confirmed in writing. Current course descriptions and the Training Terms and Conditions govern advertised inclusions, schedules, prerequisites and delivery arrangements.

Course participation, completion or access to materials does not itself guarantee employment, promotion, earnings, examination success, certification or particular business or project outcomes.

4. Examinations, certification and course guarantees

PMI, GPM and any other applicable examining, credentialing or certification bodies establish and administer their own assessment, eligibility, examination and certification requirements. NProject does not control those bodies' independent decisions or guarantee a pass or credential.

Any expressly advertised training-course refund promise or examination-related guarantee, including the qualifying PMP money-back guarantee where offered, remains governed by its stated eligibility criteria and the applicable Training Terms and Conditions. This Disclaimer does not cancel, narrow or override such a promise.

5. PMI trademarks and partner references

PMI®, PMP®, CAPM®, PMBOK® and other PMI-related names and marks are owned by Project Management Institute, Inc. References to these marks identify relevant courses, qualifications or materials. The scope of any NProject PMI Authorised Training Partner status is limited to the permissions and requirements actually applicable at the relevant time.

Partner status does not mean PMI endorses every NProject article, consultancy service, opinion, promotion or other non-partner activity. Official PMI publications remain authoritative for current certification requirements.

6. GPM trademarks and partner references

GPM®, Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP) and related names or marks belong to their respective owners. References are for identification of relevant programmes and training. NProject's partner descriptions apply only within the scope of permissions and arrangements in effect at the time.

Unless expressly stated by the relevant body, references to a qualification or partnership do not imply that every NProject service or publication is endorsed by that organisation.

7. Other organisations and experience references

Names and logos of organisations referenced in professional biographies, case studies or experience summaries may describe experience gained by individuals before or outside their work for NProject. Such references do not, by themselves, establish that the organisation is an NProject client or endorses NProject.

Any client relationship, affiliation, permission or endorsement should be understood only as expressly and accurately described in its specific context.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, text, layouts, templates, articles, videos and other materials belong to NProject or its licensors. Third-party courseware, certification-body materials, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted.

You may use the website for lawful personal information and legitimate service enquiries. Reproduction, redistribution, resale or adaptation of protected materials requires permission or another applicable legal entitlement. Nothing in this provision removes rights conferred by law.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or integrate third-party services, including Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for customer administration and Cal.com for consultation bookings, as well as professional certification bodies and external websites. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

NProject does not control independent third-party websites or certification decisions. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations, including where we choose service providers to help deliver NProject services.

10. Website availability and security

We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the website but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical disruption. Planned changes, maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

Any legal or contractual responsibilities relating to a paid service, payment, personal information or an agreed booking continue to apply notwithstanding website disruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 General Website Information

The information published on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes. NProject takes reasonable care in preparing and maintaining its website content but does not guarantee that all general information will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for every individual's circumstances.

Visitors are responsible for assessing whether general information is appropriate for their intended use and, where necessary, obtaining independent professional advice.

NProject is not responsible for losses arising solely from a visitor's reliance on general website information where NProject has not breached any applicable legal duty, contractual obligation or statutory requirement.

11.2 Training and Consultancy Services

NProject will provide its training, consultancy and other contracted services in accordance with the applicable agreement and relevant legal obligations, including the requirement to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Specific obligations, remedies and any lawful limitations of liability relating to purchased services are governed by the applicable Training Terms and Conditions, consultancy agreement, corporate statement of work or other agreed contract.

This Website Disclaimer does not replace, override or reduce any rights or remedies arising under those agreements or applicable law.

11.3 Examination, Professional and Business Outcomes

NProject is committed to delivering professional, high-quality training and consultancy services through its experienced and knowledgeable team. We draw upon extensive industry experience, recognised professional practices and appropriate training methodologies to provide learners and clients with high standards of service, care and support.

We make every reasonable effort to equip our learners with the knowledge, skills, guidance and preparation needed to pursue their professional development and certification goals.

However, professional certifications, examination results and credentialing decisions are determined by the relevant independent certification bodies, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Green Project Management (GPM), in accordance with their respective requirements.

Accordingly, NProject cannot guarantee examination success, certification, employment, promotion, salary increases, business performance, project success or any other particular professional outcome.

Individual results may depend on factors including prior experience, personal preparation, participation, examination performance and the requirements of the relevant certification body.

The absence of a particular examination, certification or professional outcome does not, by itself, establish a failure by NProject to deliver its services, provided that NProject has fulfilled its applicable contractual obligations and legal duties, including the duty to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Any expressly advertised and applicable money-back guarantee, including NProject's qualifying PMP training guarantee, remains fully subject to its published terms and is not restricted or overridden by this Disclaimer.

11.4 Website Availability and Third-Party Services

NProject does not guarantee that its website or third-party platforms will be available continuously or free from temporary technical disruption.

NProject is not responsible for failures, inaccuracies or interruptions caused solely by independent third parties or circumstances outside its reasonable control, where NProject has not breached an applicable duty or contractual obligation.

This does not remove NProject's responsibility where it is legally responsible for a service provided through a third party acting on its behalf.

11.5 Business and Commercial Losses

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable business contract, NProject excludes liability for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunities, contracts, goodwill or business interruption, only where such exclusion is lawful, fair and enforceable in the circumstances.

Any contractual exclusion or limitation applicable to business customers remains subject to relevant law, including the reasonableness requirements of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 where applicable. This Disclaimer does not introduce a separate monetary cap on liability for any contracted service.

This provision does not exclude liability for losses that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11.6 Liability That Cannot Be Excluded

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts NProject's liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
  • Failure to provide services with reasonable care and skill where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Statutory cancellation, refund or other remedies where applicable.
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

11.7 Consumer Rights and Fairness

Nothing in this Disclaimer affects a consumer's mandatory statutory rights or prevents a customer from pursuing a lawful remedy for defective services, misrepresentation, breach of contract or negligence.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent that it is lawful, fair, transparent and enforceable in the circumstances.

12. Accuracy and changes to course information

Syllabuses, examination rules, professional-body requirements, delivery dates, instructors, learning resources and partner information can change. We will explain material changes affecting a booking and provide the remedies required by the applicable Training Terms, contract and law.

For independent credentialing requirements, check the current official PMI, GPM or other relevant certification-body guidance.

13. Prices, promotions and VAT

Prices, advertised promotions and availability may be updated prospectively. Accepted bookings and completed purchases are governed by the prices, terms and mandatory legal protections applicable at the time of purchase. Pricing errors will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law; a completed contract will not be cancelled arbitrarily merely because NProject wishes to change its price.

NProject is not currently VAT-registered and does not charge VAT on its present course prices. We will update website pricing and tax information if our VAT status changes. Corporate in-person training may require an individually prepared quotation reflecting cohort size, location, travel and delivery needs.

14. Loyalty, referral, affiliate and free-training programmes

The 10% returning-learner loyalty offer, Refer & Earn programme, PMP Affiliate Programme and Free Training Initiative have separate eligibility criteria, approval processes and programme terms. Discounts are not automatically combinable; any exclusion from stacking, qualifying-course restriction, reward or commission timing and verification requirement is set out in the relevant published terms.

Submitting an application, referral or testimonial does not guarantee acceptance, payment or a free training place. Publication of a testimonial requires a lawful basis and appropriate permission; any publication or consent-withdrawal arrangement is also subject to applicable data protection law. Programme terms and mandatory rights take precedence over this general summary.

15. Testimonials and illustrative outcomes

Testimonials, ratings and examples reflect particular experiences and do not guarantee that another learner or customer will obtain the same outcome. We aim to present testimonials accurately and identify any material incentive or commercial relationship where required.

We review submitted testimonials before choosing whether to publish them and explain relevant personal-information processing in our Privacy Policy.

16. Downloads and online materials

We take proportionate precautions when providing downloadable materials, but cannot guarantee every file or external download is free of technical defects or security risks. Users should maintain appropriate device and security protections.

This does not remove any applicable duty to supply digital content or services with the quality and characteristics required by law or our contract.

17. International visitors and delivery

NProject is based in England and Wales and may receive enquiries or provide suitable services to customers abroad. Course availability, local entry or professional requirements, tax treatment, data protection and consumer protections may vary by location.

Where regional pricing or delivery restrictions apply, we will describe the relevant rules in the applicable course or purchase terms; we do not treat the use of a VPN alone as proof of residence. Nothing in this Disclaimer overrides mandatory protections of a consumer's country of residence where those protections apply.

18. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer to reflect changes in our website, services or the law. The updated text and revision date will appear on the website. Changes do not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights arising from an earlier purchase.

19. Governing law and disputes

This Disclaimer is generally governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections or court rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Specific consultancy, corporate training or other business agreements may contain their own governing-law and dispute-resolution terms.
