Founder & CEO, NProject
Nurcan Erdogdu is the Founder and CEO of NProject, bringing 20 years of professional experience in information technology, project and programme management, business transformation and professional development.
Her career spans finance, banking, insurance, technology consulting, marketing, construction procurement and international organisations, including the World Health Organisation. Throughout her professional journey, she has been involved in complex projects, leadership responsibilities and initiatives aimed at improving the way organisations operate and manage change.
Her expertise includes Agile and Waterfall Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, ERP and CRM transformation, change management and sustainable project delivery.
While professional experience provides the foundation of her work, Nurcan believes that the way we work with people matters just as much as the results we achieve. She values kindness, honesty, mutual respect and taking the time to understand the people and organisations she works with.
