NProject PMP Affiliate Programme Terms

Version 1.0 | Effective date: 15 October 2026

NProject (company number 12098527), 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 3HH | hello@nproject.co.uk

IMPORTANT: These terms apply only to approved NProject PMP affiliates. They operate alongside an accepted affiliate agreement and NProject Training Terms & Conditions. Review and approval are required before publication.

1. Programme operator and scope

NProject (company number 12098527), 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 3HH, operates the NProject PMP Affiliate Programme. Questions and payment enquiries may be directed to hello@nproject.co.uk.

The programme allows approved affiliates to introduce eligible new customers to selected NProject instructor-led PMP training using a unique affiliate code. It is separate from the NProject Refer & Earn and returning-learner loyalty programmes. Participation does not create employment, an agency relationship, a franchise or authority to bind NProject.

2. Applying and becoming an approved affiliate

Applicants must provide accurate contact and, where applicable, business information and agree to the applicable affiliate agreement. Submission of a website application does not constitute acceptance.

NProject may verify an applicant's identity and suitability, review proposed promotional methods, request reasonable supporting information and decline an application for legitimate, proportionate reasons. An affiliate becomes eligible to promote the programme only after NProject approves the application, records acceptance of the affiliate agreement and issues an active unique affiliate code.

An issued code is assigned to the approved affiliate; it must not be sold, transferred, shared for use by another promoter or presented as a general public discount unless NProject has expressly authorised the relevant promotion.

3. Eligible courses and customer discount

The programme applies exclusively to eligible NProject PMP Basic and PMP Standard training bookings identified as qualifying at checkout. CAPM, CSPP, consultancy services, corporate bespoke quotations and future self-paced products are excluded unless NProject expressly adds them in published programme terms.

A new customer using a valid active affiliate code at checkout receives 10% off the eligible published tuition price before payment. The discount cannot be combined with a Refer & Earn code, the 10% returning-learner loyalty discount or another promotional discount. Codes must be applied at the time of the qualifying purchase and are not automatically honoured retrospectively.

Course suitability, prerequisites, available dates, inclusions, consumer cancellation rights and certification requirements remain governed by the relevant course information and NProject Training Terms & Conditions.

4. Commission calculation and attribution

An approved affiliate may earn a commission of 10% of the final discounted eligible tuition amount actually paid to and retained by NProject for a qualifying attributed booking. Commission is calculated after the customer's 10% affiliate discount, and excludes amounts refunded or reversed, chargebacks and separately charged non-tuition items where applicable.

Example: for a PMP Standard tuition price of £1,495, an eligible 10% customer discount reduces the amount to £1,345.50. A 10% commission on that eligible £1,345.50 is £134.55. This is an illustration of the agreed calculation, not an additional entitlement.

Attribution depends on a valid affiliate code recorded for the qualifying paid order in NProject's booking and CRM records. NProject will investigate apparent missing, duplicate or conflicting attribution fairly using available transaction records. A mere click, enquiry, abandoned checkout or unpaid booking does not earn commission.

5. When commission becomes payable

Affiliate commissions are initially recorded as pending. A commission becomes eligible for approval only when the referred learner has completed the relevant course; all applicable cancellation and refund periods have expired; the payment remains valid; any chargeback, payment dispute or relevant investigation has been resolved; and NProject has confirmed the booking and affiliate complied with these terms.

Once those conditions are satisfied and NProject confirms eligibility, approved commission will be paid within 10 UK business days, normally by bank transfer to the payment account provided by the affiliate. A UK business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays in England and Wales.

Where information needed to identify the payee, comply with applicable law or complete the bank transfer is missing or inaccurate, NProject will request correction promptly. Payment may be deferred only for the time reasonably needed to resolve that issue or a genuine eligibility dispute; NProject will keep the affiliate informed.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments

No commission is due on cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise ineligible purchases. Where an order is partially refunded, commission is recalculated on the eligible tuition actually retained after the adjustment, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the agreed affiliate arrangement.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction subsequently refunded or reversed, NProject may seek repayment of the overpayment or, where lawful and expressly agreed, offset it against future approved commissions. Any adjustment will be explained with relevant order records and subject to a fair opportunity to challenge a mistake.

7. Affiliate marketing standards and disclosures

Affiliates must describe NProject courses accurately and must not promise guaranteed examination passes, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed availability or unsupported accreditation status. Course content, prices, vouchers, dates and professional-body requirements may not be altered or misrepresented.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship when recommending NProject, including on websites, videos, social posts, messages and other promotional content where a commission may be earned. They are responsible for following applicable UK advertising, consumer, privacy and electronic marketing rules, including obtaining permissions required for direct marketing.

Without prior written authorisation, affiliates must not bid on NProject brand terms in paid search; impersonate NProject, PMI or GPM; register misleading domains or social accounts; send unsolicited bulk marketing; publish fabricated testimonials; offer unauthorised discounts or incentives; or use NProject or partner logos in a way that suggests an unapproved endorsement.

Affiliates have no authority to enter contracts, take course payments on behalf of NProject or make binding promises about NProject's services.

8. Affiliate records, tax and confidentiality

Affiliates must provide accurate bank and, where legitimately required, tax or invoicing information. Each affiliate is responsible for determining and meeting its own tax and reporting obligations; NProject does not provide personal tax advice. Where an invoice or self-billing arrangement is legally required, NProject will explain the applicable process before payment.

Affiliates must keep non-public pricing, customer, commission, systems and business information confidential, except where disclosure is authorised or required by law. Personal data may be collected, disclosed or processed only lawfully and consistently with NProject's Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing arrangements. Affiliates must not demand or receive learners' sensitive information merely to verify a referral.

9. Suspension, termination and outstanding commission

Either party may end participation by written notice to hello@nproject.co.uk or the affiliate's recorded email address. NProject may suspend codes immediately where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful promotions, misleading representations, security risks or material breach, and will give reasons and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Termination stops new qualifying use of the affiliate code. Legitimately earned commission attributable to eligible transactions recorded before termination remains payable once the usual completion, refund-clearance and verification conditions are met. No commission is due on later, untracked, invalid or excluded transactions. NProject may withhold a genuinely disputed amount only while reasonably investigating it.

10. Changes to the programme

NProject may amend commission rates, product eligibility, promotional conditions or operation of the programme for future transactions by giving reasonable notice to active affiliates. Changes will not retrospectively remove commission validly accrued under the terms applicable to an eligible purchase. NProject may close the programme to new referrals, with existing eligible pending commissions handled under these terms.

11. Complaints, disputes and applicable law

An affiliate who disputes an attribution, eligibility decision or commission calculation should contact hello@nproject.co.uk with the relevant affiliate code, course/order reference and supporting details. NProject will review available records, explain its decision and correct verified errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate signed or electronically accepted affiliate agreement may contain additional lawful conditions; any material conflict should be resolved expressly before the affiliate begins promoting the programme.

12. Acceptance and related documents

By joining the programme after approval and acceptance of the applicable affiliate agreement, the affiliate agrees to comply with these terms as published for the relevant transactions. The NProject Privacy Policy governs personal-data processing. The Training Terms & Conditions govern customers' training purchases and statutory rights.

This document is a draft for NProject approval and appropriate UK legal review before publication or use as binding programme terms.
