This summary is for convenience. The detailed provisions below govern, subject always to applicable law.

1. About these terms

These terms govern NProject's Refer & Earn Programme ("Programme"). They supplement our Training Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The separate Training Terms and Conditions govern the referred learner's course purchase, delivery, cancellation and statutory rights. If a conflict concerns a training purchase, mandatory consumer rights and the applicable training contract take priority. Participation is voluntary.

2. Eligibility to become a referrer

A referrer must be an individual who previously attended and successfully completed an eligible NProject training course, whose completion NProject can verify, and whose application NProject has approved. Applying does not guarantee approval or the issue of a code. NProject may request reasonable information to confirm identity, completion and programme eligibility, and may decline an application where the criteria are not met. Applicants must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organisation.

To apply, a prospective referrer must submit a testimonial video and separately, affirmatively authorise NProject to publish that testimonial publicly on the channels identified in the publication notice. Under the proposed Programme rules, an approved referrer must maintain that publication permission to remain eligible for the referral reward. NProject will not issue a referral code or approve a £50 reward without the required video and permission. NProject reviews videos before any publication; uploading a video does not automatically publish it. The withdrawal and repayment provisions in section 9 are subject to applicable law and legal review.

3. Referral code and eligible new learners

Once approved, a referrer may receive a unique NProject referral code. The code may be shared with prospective learners, subject to section 8. To qualify for the 10% discount, the referred learner must be genuinely new to NProject under the Programme rules, make an eligible paid course booking through the approved NProject checkout, and apply the valid referral code before completing payment. NProject will verify eligibility using reasonable records and may reject invalid, expired, revoked, improperly obtained or ineligible codes. Any expiry or usage restriction specific to a code will be communicated when the code is issued or displayed at checkout.

The 10% referral discount currently applies to eligible NProject instructor-led training courses offered through the Programme, including qualifying PMP, CAPM and CSPP bookings. A course, package or purchase route is eligible only where the website checkout expressly offers and accepts the Programme code. Future corporate quotations, self-paced courses or other products are not automatically included unless NProject states otherwise.

4. Pricing and combining offers

A valid referral code gives the eligible new learner 10% off the applicable eligible course tuition price shown at checkout. The final total payable will be displayed before payment. The referral discount cannot be combined on the same order with the 10% returning-learner loyalty discount, an affiliate discount or any other promotional discount. A code cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed booking unless NProject expressly agrees or applicable law requires an adjustment. The referrer cannot use their own code to discount their own booking.

5. Qualifying referral and £50 reward

An approved referrer may earn one £50 reward for each distinct qualifying new learner who uses that referrer's code to make a valid paid purchase of an eligible course and subsequently completes that course. The reward is conditional on the referrer's compliance with the testimonial and publication-permission requirements in sections 2 and 9, subject to applicable law. The reward is a referrer payment, not an additional discount, cash withdrawal from checkout or credit owed to the learner.

Only an appropriately attributed, genuine transaction can earn a reward. A duplicate order, self-referral, manipulated identity, fictitious learner, unapproved code or other transaction that fails the Programme conditions is not qualifying. NProject may reasonably check order records, course completion, refund status and referral attribution before approving a reward. A reward displayed as "pending" is not yet payable.

6. Reward approval and payment timing

The £50 reward becomes eligible for approval only when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The referred learner has successfully completed their eligible NProject course.
  • The learner's payment has settled and has not been refunded, cancelled or reversed.
  • All applicable cancellation and refund periods have expired.
  • Any relevant chargeback, payment dispute or eligibility concern has been resolved.
  • NProject has verified that the referred learner and referrer satisfy these Programme terms, including the required testimonial-video submission and publication permission.

Once these conditions are satisfied and NProject approves eligibility, NProject will pay the approved £50 reward by bank transfer within 10 UK business days. A "UK business day" means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public/bank holiday in England and Wales. Referrers must supply accurate bank-payment information through a secure NProject-approved method. NProject will contact the referrer if details are missing or cannot reasonably be verified. NProject is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details supplied by the referrer, but will act reasonably to resolve them.

A payment can remain pending while an actual refund request, chargeback or eligibility dispute is being resolved. NProject will not unreasonably withhold approval or payment once all stated conditions are met. Payments are made in pounds sterling (GBP); any bank charges or tax obligations affecting the recipient are addressed under section 7.

7. Refunds, reversals and tax

No reward is payable in relation to a cancelled, fully refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise ineligible booking. If only part of the course fee is refunded, NProject will assess whether the learner's enrolment and completion remain qualifying under the published Programme rules and explain its decision. Where a reward has already been paid and was obtained by material misrepresentation or fraud, NProject may seek recovery using lawful and proportionate means. The distinct proposed repayment rule following withdrawal of testimonial publication permission is explained in section 9 and is subject to applicable law.

Recipients are responsible for checking any personal income-tax or reporting obligations applicable to their referral rewards. NProject will meet its own applicable payment-record obligations and will not treat referrers as employees solely because they participate in this Programme.

8. Permitted promotion and prohibited conduct

Referrers must describe the offer truthfully and clearly, must not suggest that NProject or PMI/GPM endorses statements they have not approved, and must not make misleading promises about course results, accreditation, exam success or guaranteed refunds. Where a public recommendation could be influenced by the £50 reward, referrers must disclose that they may receive a referral reward. Referrers must comply with applicable advertising, consumer, privacy and electronic-marketing requirements; they must not send unsolicited spam, misuse personal data, create fake reviews, impersonate NProject, buy their own bookings through intermediaries or use paid advertising that misleadingly presents them as NProject.

NProject may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or withdraw a code or reject a reward after a fair and proportionate review. Where practicable, the affected referrer will have an opportunity to explain any discrepancy.

9. Testimonial videos, publication consent and privacy

Submission of a testimonial video and express, separately recorded permission for NProject to publish the applicant's name, image, voice and testimonial publicly are mandatory participation conditions under the proposed Programme. The requirement and proposed financial consequences of withdrawing permission must be prominently explained before application; the permission checkbox must not be pre-ticked. NProject reviews submitted videos and does not publish them automatically or guarantee that every approved video will be used. Unpublished recordings should have restricted access as described in the Privacy Policy.

Referrers may withdraw permission for future publication at any time by emailing hello@nproject.co.uk. NProject will stop future use under its control and take reasonable steps to remove the testimonial from its own channels; independently shared copies may remain. Under NProject's proposed commercial rule, withdrawing the required publication permission ends eligibility for future referral rewards and NProject intends to seek repayment of any £50 referral reward previously paid to that referrer. However, withdrawal of consent under UK data-protection law must remain effective regardless of any payment dispute. Repayment is not automatic or guaranteed: NProject will seek it only where the obligation was transparently agreed in advance and is lawful, fair, proportionate and enforceable. NProject will not condition removal of content on repayment, block a withdrawal request, or impose a repayment demand contrary to data-protection or consumer law. This provision requires specific UK legal approval before implementation.

10. Programme changes, suspension and ending participation

NProject may change the Programme for future referrals, including eligibility criteria, codes or reward amounts, by updating the published terms and explaining material changes. Changes will not ordinarily remove a reward already earned under the terms applicable to its qualifying transaction, except where an expressly agreed and legally enforceable condition applies, such as the proposed testimonial permission rule in section 9. NProject may suspend new code use or end the Programme for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or operational reasons. Existing pending rewards will be assessed under the terms applicable when the qualifying booking was made, subject to applicable law.

Referrers may stop promoting their code or withdraw from the Programme by emailing hello@nproject.co.uk. A withdrawal of testimonial publication permission will be handled as described in section 9. Withdrawal does not automatically erase payment, tax, compliance or legal records that NProject must retain. Any proposed effect on previously earned rewards must comply with applicable law and the terms transparently agreed when the person joined.

11. Complaints, disputes and data protection

Questions about code eligibility, discount attribution, rewards and decisions should be sent to hello@nproject.co.uk with enough information to identify the relevant referral. NProject will investigate fairly and respond in accordance with its Customer Complaints and Resolution Policy where applicable. Participation does not limit a learner's rights under the Training Terms and Conditions or applicable consumer law. Personal information will be handled under the NProject Privacy Policy.

12. Law, contact and document updates

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the person concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms may be updated as described in section 10; the version applicable to a particular booking or reward will be determined in accordance with that section.
