Please read the full terms before booking. This is a helpful summary, not a replacement for the applicable Training Terms and Conditions or the separately published PMP Money-Back Guarantee Conditions. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected. Where the governing documents differ, the relevant accepted terms and mandatory law apply.
1. Consumer cooling-off rights
If you are a Consumer booking online, by telephone, by email or away from NProject’s business premises, you normally have 14 calendar days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly request that services begin during this period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for services supplied before cancellation. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, any loss of the statutory cancellation right on starting supply requires the legally prescribed express consent and acknowledgement. Valid statutory refunds are made within the legally required timeframe. See Section 5 and Schedule 1 of the Training Terms.
2. Live classroom and live online cancellations
The additional commercial change-of-mind refunds below match Section 6 and Schedule 2 of the Training Terms v1.3. They do not diminish statutory rights.
| Notice before scheduled start | Commercial refund of eligible course fee |
|---|---|
| More than 7 complete calendar days | 80% |
| From 72 hours up to and including 7 calendar days | 50% |
| From 48 hours up to 72 hours | 25% |
| Less than 48 hours, non-attendance or after training begins | No automatic change-of-mind refund |
These percentages represent maximum commercial cancellation charges, not penalties. NProject will retain no more than its reasonable net loss directly caused by cancellation, taking account of avoided costs and reasonable efforts to resell the place. Separately identified third-party items irreversibly supplied or allocated may be excluded from the eligible course fee where disclosed before purchase. See Section 6 of the Training Terms.
3. Rescheduling and substitutions
One transfer to another available session may be requested without an administration fee where notice is received at least 48 hours before the original start. The replacement session must normally start within six months; any price increase must be paid before attendance. Further or late transfers may be refused or subject to a reasonable cost-based charge. If a transferred booking is later cancelled, the original course date and original amount paid are used for the commercial refund calculation, unless law requires otherwise. Corporate substitutions are subject to the agreed terms and eligibility checks. See Section 7.
4. If NProject cancels or materially changes a course
If NProject cancels a course and cannot provide an equivalent replacement acceptable to you, you may choose a transfer, credit or refund of the affected course fee. Comparable options apply if NProject materially changes the date, location or delivery method and you cannot reasonably attend. Statutory remedies are preserved. See Section 8.
5. Future self-paced learning
NProject may introduce self-paced courses in future; these terms do not mean that such courses are currently available for purchase. When offered, statutory cancellation rights will depend on the form of digital supply and whether valid consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. In addition to statutory rights, NProject may approve a discretionary refund requested within 48 hours of purchase if no more than 10% of the course has been accessed, no substantial material downloaded, no assessment submitted and no certificate issued. See Sections 9 and 9A of the Training Terms.
6. PMP Course Tuition Money-Back Guarantee
For an eligible NProject instructor-led PMP Exam Preparation Course expressly sold with the guarantee, a qualifying learner who completes the applicable attendance and learning requirements, then makes three valid unsuccessful PMP examination attempts within 120 calendar days after the course ends, may claim a refund of 100% of eligible course tuition actually paid to and retained by NProject. A claim must normally be submitted within 30 calendar days after the third eligible unsuccessful result. Exceptional circumstances may justify a reasonable extension under the guarantee conditions.
Where an eligible booking includes a loyalty, referral, affiliate or other promotional discount, the guarantee refund is calculated using the eligible tuition actually paid to and retained by NProject, after applying the discount. No refund exceeds the eligible tuition paid.
The guarantee does not promise examination success and does not normally cover separate PMI examination or membership fees, separately identified third-party items, travel, accommodation or lost earnings. It is offered by NProject, not PMI. The complete standalone PMP Course Tuition Money-Back Guarantee Conditions supplied for the booking and the governing Training Terms should be consulted before purchase; this summary does not introduce additional eligibility requirements.
7. Service quality and complaints
Nothing in this summary restricts statutory rights where training or digital content is not supplied as agreed or with the standard required by law. Please contact hello@nproject.co.uk. Complaints are handled under the NProject Customer Complaints and Resolution Policy.
