This guarantee is additional to, and does not replace orrestrict, any statutory rights that the participant may have.
2. Eligible courses
The guarantee applies only to an NProject instructor-led PMPExam Preparation Course that expressly displayed the Money-Back Guarantee onits course page and booking confirmation when the booking was made.

- be the person registered for and attending the course;
- have paid, or have had paid on their behalf, all amounts due to NProject;
- provide accurate registration and claim information;
- comply with these conditions and NProject’s Training Terms and Conditions; and
- satisfy PMI’s examination eligibility and application requirements independently.
NProject does not determine whether an applicant is eligibleto sit the PMP examination and cannot guarantee that PMI will accept anapplication.
4. Attendance requirement
The participant must attend the complete eligible course.
Where a participant misses part of the course because oexceptional circumstances, NProject may permit the participant to complete anapproved make-up session. The make-up requirement must be completed before thefirst PMP examination attempt.
Merely logging into a virtual session without meaningful participation may not constitute attendance where reasonable attendance verification indicates that the participant was not present.
5. Learning and portal requirements
Before the first PMP examination attempt, the participantmust:
- complete all mandatory practice examinations;
- complete all mandatory learner-portal activities and assignments;
- meet any completion standards clearly communicated before booking or at the beginning of the course;
- complete any required course evaluation or administrative steps; and
- receive their Certificate of Completion.
NProject will not introduce materially more demanding guarantee requirements after the participant has booked.
6. Examination-attempt requirements
The participant must make three eligible PMP examination attempts within 120 calendar days after the course completion date.
An eligible attempt must:
- be an officially scheduled PMP examination;
- result in a valid unsuccessful examination result;
- be undertaken by the registered participant;
- comply with PMI and examination-provider requirements; and
- take place within the guarantee period.
A cancelled appointment, missed appointment, incomplete examination or result invalidated because of misconduct, identification problems, prohibited materials, technical requirements within the participant’s control or breach of examination rules will not normally count as an eligible attempt.
7. Circumstances outside the participant’s control
NProject will consider a reasonable extension where the participant demonstrates that completing three attempts within 120 days was made impossible by:
- documented PMI or authorised testing-provider unavailability;
- cancellation by the examination provider;
- a material examination-system failure;
- serious illness or medical incapacity supported by reasonable evidence; or
- another exceptional circumstance outside the participant’s reasonable control.
The participant should notify NProject as soon as reasonablypossible. An extension is not automatic and will be limited to the period reasonably affected by the relevant circumstances.
8. Changes to the PMP examination
The guarantee applies to the PMP examination and course version current when the eligible course is delivered.
Where PMI makes a material change to the examination that reasonably affects a participant’s preparation or ability to complete the required attempts, NProject may provide updated learning support, a reasonable extension or another fair arrangement.
9. Making a claim
A claim must be submitted to hello@nproject.co.uk within 30 calendar days after the participant receives the result of their third eligible unsuccessful examination attempt.
The claim should include:
- the participant’s full name;
- the eligible course title and dates;
- the NProject booking or invoice reference;
- the Certificate of Completion;
- evidence showing the dates and results of all three examination attempts; and
- any other information reasonably required to verify compliance with these conditions.
NProject will only request information reasonably necessary to assess the claim and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Refund amount
A valid claim entitles the original payer to a refund of 100% of the eligible course tuition actually paid to and retained by NProject, including any VAT attributable to that tuition.
Unless expressly included in the eligible tuition shown atbooking, the guarantee does not refund:
- PMI membership fees;
- PMI application or examination fees;
- re-examination fees;
- examination vouchers separately itemised at booking;
- separately itemised third-party materials or licences already supplied;
- travel, accommodation or subsistence costs;
- equipment or internet costs;
- lost earnings or loss of opportunity; or
- amounts paid directly to another organisation.
Any material exclusions from the refund will be clearly identified before the booking is completed.
Where a course was discounted, the refund will be based on the tuition amount actually paid rather than the undiscounted course price.
11. Employer and corporate payments
Where an employer, corporate client or another person paid the course fee, an approved refund will normally be returned to the original payer using the original payment method.
The participant will not be entitled to receive the same amount personally unless the participant was the original payer or the payerauthorises an alternative arrangement.
12. Previous refunds, credits and chargebacks
The amount refunded under the guarantee will not exceed theeligible tuition retained by NProject.
Any previous refund, course credit, payment reversal, chargeback or other reimbursement relating to the same booking may be deducted from the guarantee refund.
A participant may make only one guarantee claim for the samecourse booking.
13. Claim assessment and payment
NProject will assess claims fairly and may verify attendance, portal completion, payment records, certificates and examination-result evidence.
NProject will normally acknowledge a claim within two business days and communicate its decision within ten business days after receiving all reasonably required information.
An approved refund will normally be processed within ten business days after approval. The participant’s bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Where a claim is declined, NProject will explain the principal reason and identify the applicable condition. The participant may request a review under NProject’s Customer Complaints and Resolution Policy.
14. Misrepresentation and abuse
NProject may reject a claim supported by false, altered, incomplete or misleading evidence.
Nothing in this section prevents NProject from correcting an innocent mistake or asking the participant to clarify incomplete informationbefore making a decision.
15. Relationship with PMI
This guarantee is offered and administered solely byNProject.
It is not offered, funded, administered or underwritten bythe Project Management Institute. PMI controls PMP applications, examinationeligibility, scheduling, administration and examination results.
References to PMI and PMP do not mean that PMI guarantees a participant’s examination success or NProject’s refund obligations.
16. No guarantee of examination success
NProject provides exam-preparation training and support but does not promise that every participant will pass the PMP examination.
Examination success depends on several factors, including the participant’s experience, preparation, engagement, personal study, application of knowledge and examination performance.
The promise made by NProject is the conditional course-tuition refund described in these conditions.
17. Statutory rights
This guarantee is separate from the participant’s statutory rights.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating toservices that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or are not supplied as agreed.
18. Applicable version
The version of these conditions in force when the participant books the eligible course will apply to that booking.
NProject may update the conditions for future bookings but will not retrospectively introduce a material disadvantage for an existing participant.
