Nurcan Erdogdu, (MSc in MIS, PMP®, PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I, CSPP®) is the Founder and CEO of NProject, a consultancy and professional training company helping organisations navigate complex projects, digital transformation and sustainable change.
With nearly 20 years of experience in IT and project delivery, including 12+ years in senior leadership, Nurcan has helped various industries across finance, banking, insurance, technology consulting, marketing, construction procurement and international organisations, including the World Health Organisation.
Through consultancy, she helps organisations bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives from project and programme leadership and business process optimisation to ERP/CRM transformation, change management, AI enabled delivery and sustainable project management. Her focus is always on turning strategy into practical action, managing risk and delivering measurable business value.
Through professional training and capability development, she helps project professionals and organisations strengthen their skills and build sustainable delivery capabilities. As a PMI® Approved Training Partner Instructor, GPM® Accredited Trainer and Global Green Project Management Ambassador, she delivers practical, internationally recognised training in project management and sustainable project management.
