About the founder
Nurcan Erdogdu, Msc in MIS, PMP is the Founder and CEO of NProject. With over 18 years of experience in IT, she has held various leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager. Over the past 12 years, she has successfully led complex projects across finance, banking, insurance, IT consultancy, marketing, non-governmental international organisations (e.g., World Health Organization), and construction procurement.
She consistently provides business value through process optimisation, risk management, and data-driven decisions. As a proactive, solution and client-oriented leader, she maintains professionalism under pressure, exceeding client expectations through structured governance.
Beyond client work, she has volunteered over five years with PMI Turkey, including as Director of Public Relations, and is recognised for award-winning initiatives such as the AXA Insurance EMEA ‘Super Women – Empower Women Project’ (2016) and the IDC Finance Summit Award for Digital Transformation of Software Quality (2018). That same year, she championed a first-of-its-kind initiative in the insurance industry — a PCI-DSS and GDPR aligned project to protect customer credit card data, in collaboration with the Interbank Card Center for AXA Insurance Turkey.
